The sales person was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the solar installation and explained every thing step by step, very polite and professional. The 2 crews were extremely professional, The panels fitters first, then the electricians. They were very polite and helpful throughout the whole process. It was set up and running without any issues. This is the best investment we have made in years, it is working extremely well. The company itself are so easy to deal with, they took care of all the paperwork, no stress on us whatever. Overall great job done, and we are so pleased with the work carried out. We would recommend this company anytime.

I had solar panels installed in July and I can't speak highly enough of JFW Renewables, this is a great company to deal with, from first talking to Scott at this year's self build show to dealing with Mark Whelan and to final installation, it was a seamless process, no glitches no hiccups whatsoever, very friendly, not pushy in any way, very helpful and informative. If you're thinking of installing solar panels then this is the company to go with. Highly recommended.

The entire process from quotation through installation and connection was very quickly completed with no fuss or mess. extremely efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable on all aspects which had to be explained to me to run and appreciate all parts of the system. system to date has fulfilled all the promises made.

JFW gave us excellent advice as to what was the best system to suit our needs and took into consideration the number of people living in the house. The system is modular so we cann add to it at any time in the future with either more panels or batteries. The team that didi the installation were perhaps the cleanest workmen that we ever had in the house. After they left you wouldn't know they had been there.

From the moment we got them to come out with the quote, we knew they were the right people for the job. JFW are genuinely experienced installers, they were punctual and diligent in their work and extremely professional. They took care of the grant which was another less thing for us to worry about. I have already recommended to friends and family. I also feel very reassured that they are a local business and are very contactable. Getting solar panels has been a solely positive experience and we are delighted we chose JFW Renewables.

I recently installed solar panels, everyone with JFW Renewables were a pleasure to deal with. The service I received from enquiry, installation and aftercare was impeccable. As I was not onsite when the panels were connected I received a call from Pat the engineer who explained how the app works. The BER inspection was completed and the grant processed without any delay. The system is working perfectly. I would highly recommend JFW Renewables to install your solar panels.

Great company to deal with. We shopped around and had other companies survey our house. JFW were best to deal with and most affordable. Truly a hassle free and fully transparent quote no messing with today only discounts etc. The installation teams were great. Panels were on the roof in no time and the electricians were so polite and tidy. JFW were in contact all the time to let us know when and what was happening. Great company to deal with from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

From a referral from a friend , I contacted JfW and must say they were very professional from start to finish. I received loads of prices , but JFW was the only company to actually call to my house and actually survey the whole lot to see and measure to make sure it was all feasible and to maximise how many panels I could fit etc. that was sean the sales rep. The next part , which they guide you with is the whole application etc, very easy to do. I decided to go with JFW in the end , from the professional service I felt from the start with sean , but also that it was all they did all the time, they are not an electrical contractor who is dapping there feet into it now and again. This is their bread and butter. The lads (roofers) installing the panels came and did a top notch job , I’ve no water ingress what’s so ever. The electrical side of things is installed very tidy and neat and commissioning was all done by the brian & Jason and they were so good about everything , explaining everything , connecting to the app on the phone etc . I even rang them to ask questions and they always answered and happy to help. Would highly recommend these guys as a company they all work in tandem of each other and all very polite and courteous to me. Gerard forde , Clarinbridge

I had a great experience with JFW. They arranged everything. Had a good site survey with their rep. He could tell me what would fit on the roof then and there. I knew what kit I wanted and they had no problem with that. Got a very clear and itemized quote. The roofers were in and out in 3 hours installing 20 panels total. On install day the Electricians installed it exactly as I asked. There was no issues. They instructed me on the operation of the system but it works away itself! The office people uploaded all the documents for the grant promptly and that went smoothly. Received the grant about 8 weeks later. Very happy with the whole process. Highly recommended.

I waited 12months before adding a review to see how the system has performed and what the customer service experience would have been like. I can say without question this was one of the best investments i have made and JFW Renewables are excellent to deal with. They are a company that really care about their customers and go out of their way to make the whole experience work for you. I did alot of research and got alot of quotes. Installation in one day and very tidy and professional. Their is great satisfaction to see the system allow you some energy independence from about mid Feb to end of Sept allowing you to be 70% approx off grid on average. I bought EV car also and pleased with decisions so far. I went with 14panels and 10kw battery. In winter the system will still produces some kw's but you will use more grid power but with battery I can force feed a charge to EV and battery at night with off peak rate and use during the day while staying off grid. If you can't afford the battery, the panels are still worth it. The app is easy to use and allows your monitor system performance. Give this company a call and they will help you customise a system for your usage and budget and advise on grants available. The return is worth it and will continue to pay off for years to come and if there is a problem Gearoid and team are there to advise and help straight away. I have contacted them over the year just on app updates and they help straight away. Excellent customer care.

All paperwork completed and seal has been in contact to say my grant will be paid this week two months after the install. My house has now got a BER of B1 all in all I am very pleased with my involvement with JFW

Highly pleased with this company. From the planning and the accurate estimate of installation date to the smooth installation itself, everything was as we were hoping for. We got proposals from other companies too, but none of them was convincing, neither the planning nor the price nor the attitudes of the sales people overall. JFW Renewables' technicians were highly professional and excellent in explaining what they were doing as well as in giving advice. So far we had no problems but I'm convinced should anything occur it will be dealt with in a professional manner. Highly recommend JFW Renewables, as they show an attitude and standards which I very often miss in dealing with other Irish companies.

I waited a while to post the review so as to consider ongoing performance of the system and any after-sales service I might need. I was looking for solar PV and battery backup which could function even if no mains supply were available. I already have Solar Thermal, and 3 roof-light windows on my small roof so I knew I wouldn't fit that many panels up there. I had been reading a lot online and I have to say that the JFW site has a lot more useful info there than most. I filled out the contact form on the site and I got a phone call the next day from Gearoid who came out for a look. I decided to go with JFW. I was given an accurate estimate of installation date (a rare thing!) and it was all done in one day. I had a few minor teething problems with some parts but these were sorted with little trouble. The system is in place now around 8 months, I'm saving money and except for the darkest winter day the panels will contribute a lot toward your usage. If you've the money and a decent amount of roof just do it, take back some power! Highly recommend these guys, everyone was sound and went out of their way with what/where/how to install and any queries/suggestions etc I already got a second battery and if I ever have the money for an extension I'll be calling them back for a few more panels!

Great service from the guys at JFW. Couldn't recommend them enough. The install was all completed in 1 day by the Roofing and Electrician teams. The system is working well so far and I'm looking forward to the benefits to come with the high yields I've seen so far from the system on the smart meter in what's only been a few weeks.

Great service from start to finish. Garoid and team extremely helpful. Very happy with the set up, top class gear and I'm generating over 90% of my own electricity right now, so much that I'm struggling to stop some of it going back to the grid. Highly recommend these guys.

We are delighted that we got such a professional, clean, friendly and efficient service from everyone at JFW Renewables. The product is value for money in the market and we are already getting the benefit, even though it is early days. We have been given plenty of back up information and if we don't understand all, there is a friendly, responsive person at the other end of the phone that can simplify the information for us. Worth a lot in these times. A big "Thank you" to all at JFW. We wish you ongoing success.
